Both sessions have been informative and we could explore active ways of learning. We have discovered the path to design a storytelling but the time should be more to understand the whole process appropriately. The empathy map is a compulsory step to decode the entire background and to assembly the pieces of the puzzles.
The course was well-structured and I appreciate the patience of the facilitator to explain in detail the stages.
It has been a very nice professional experience.
